Reprint service and ordering information

We are currently offering reprints of articles in DOPS-NYT for authors. A range of new service regarding reprints has been introduced as described below. Copies of articles as they appear in DOPS-NYT or entire issues of DOPS-NYT can also be obtained. See rates below.

Hard Copy

Authors may choose to have their article reprinted as a hard copy. The options are:

Hard copy without cover.
Hard copy with cover.

Furthermore, reprints and covers in color or gray-scale are offered. Typically, reprints in quantities of 100, 250, 500 or 1000 pieces are offered, but individual demands regarding quantity may be fulfilled.

Prices are subject to vary depending on number of pages, choice of cover etc.

Single copy of articles as they appears in DOPS-NYT (per article, including ordinary² mail delivery):	150 DKK
Entire issue¹ of DOPS-NYT for non-members (per article, including ordinary² mail delivery):	300 DKK
Entire issue¹ of DOPS-NYT for members (per article, including ordinary² mail delivery):	125 DKK

Soft Copy

Authors may choose to have their article in electronic formats. Currently, the following options are offered:

Adobe PDF file of the article as it appears in DOPS-NYT.
Adobe PDF file of the article with all illustrations in color.

Two files are generated; one Adobe PDF file optimized for printing (large file-size) and one optimized for the Internet (screen viewing; small file-size). The files are delivered on CD ROM.

The rates apply to anyone who wish to obtain an electronic copy of papers in DOPS-NYT:

Adobe PDF file of the article as it appears in DOPS-NYT¹⁾:	1500 DKK
Adobe PDF file of the article with all illustrations in color¹⁾:	2000 DKK

^{1) The rates includes two Adobe PDF files on CD ROM and shipping costs (domestic and overseas). The owner is free to print and/or distribute these electronic copies.}

Payment

All reprints, hard copies and soft copies are produced and shipped only after reciept of order and pre-payment.

The method of payment should be either:

by check made payable to the Danish Optical Society,
or by bank transfer.
